Campaign level DNC (REFUSED)

You can now add Campaign contacts to a Campaign level DNC.

Every contact in your Campaign -> Contacts can be added to that DNC list.

This will tell the AI not calling them during this campaign.

The benefit is that this contact is still eligible for contact for other campaigns should they opted-in.
