Taalk Call API

Added "campaign" flag to the API call so that you can post an instant call to that contact and add their information into a specific campaign.

Campaign ID can be found under the "Contact" tab in that campaign

Fixed bugs that causing not posting to the campaign.

No more duped contacts

API will stop calling customers once they are marked as "transferred" or "dnc" in a campaign list.
