Wait Till the Caller Speaks
Our AI Agent is designed to prioritize natural conversation flow. It will remain silent and wait for the caller to speak first, ensuring a more respectful and human-like interaction.
"Alexa Mode"
In Alexa Mode, users can control the AI Agent by calling out specific commands preceded by a trigger term, such as βAlexa.β For example, saying βAlexa, holdβ will instruct the AI Agent to pause or resume. This feature allows for intuitive and straightforward interaction, mirroring familiar voice-activated assistants to enhance user experience
Interruption
When enabled, this feature allows the user to interrupt the AI Persona during its speech. Itβs important to thoroughly test this functionality, as interruptions could prevent the Persona from delivering crucial messages effectively. By default, this feature is disabled to ensure smooth and uninterrupted communication.
Responsiveness
Quick Chatter: This setting enables the Persona to engage in rapid-response chit-chat with the caller. It features the quickest response time, which may occasionally result in interruptions if the caller has not finished speaking. Use this setting when dynamic and quick interactions are preferred.
Regular Convo (Default Setting): Designed for standard conversations, this mode allows for occasional interruptions, mimicking the natural flow of human dialogue. It balances responsiveness with attentiveness, suitable for most interaction scenarios.
Deep Thinker: In this setting, the Persona adopts a more patient approach, carefully listening to callers and minimizing interruptions. This mode is ideal for complex or sensitive discussions where understanding and clarity are paramount.
