User DNC Override

Users can utilize Taalk’s compliance UI to override specific campaign DNC (Do Not Call) lists for your company. This process involves:

1. Accessing the Compliance UI: Navigate to the Compliance section located under the Contact Center Tab on the Taalk platform.
2. Checking the Number: Enter the phone number you wish to override into the Input box and press “Check” to verify its current status.
3. Adding to Company-Level DNC: If the number needs to be added to your company-level DNC, click the Add button. This action prevents future communications with this number across all campaigns using the Taalk platform.
4. Removing from Company-Level DNC: To remove a number from your company-level DNC and return it to the general contact list, simply click on the trash icon next to the number.

Adding to Company-Level DNC: Override the campaign DNC by adding individuals to the company-level DNC list. This ensures that these individuals will not be contacted again through any campaigns of your Company using the Taalk platform.
