Compliance is a cornerstone of our service. Every call made through our system is meticulously checked against the federal Do Not Call list and adheres to TCPA regulations. We also implement advanced safeguards to prevent fraud, honeypots, and other malicious activities, ensuring that your campaigns are secure and ethical.

Setting up campaigns with Taalk is straightforward. From your Taalk Pro account, you can create campaigns targeting different demographics or contact lists, ensuring precision in your outreach.

To launch a campaign, visit the Campaign tab on our website. Each campaign includes four key components:

  1. Campaign Settings: Configure scheduling, timing, and office hours.
  2. Contact List: Manage your target contacts, with attributes that the AI can utilize in real time.
  3. Strategy: Set pacing rules and contact limits to ensure compliance and ethical engagement.
  4. Reporting: Monitor campaign performance. Please note that reporting may have a 10-15 minute delay due to system caching, but you will receive detailed insights on customer interactions and call transfers.
