Upload Campaign Contacts

There are three methods for updating campaign contacts in Taalk:

CSV Upload: You can easily upload contact lists via CSV files. This straightforward method allows you to add a large number of contacts quickly and efficiently.
API Integration: Use our API to post contact data directly into your campaign. This method ensures that contacts adhere to the campaign rules and are processed according to your specified parameters.
Salesforce Integration: For seamless synchronization, integrate Taalk with Salesforce. This method allows you to manage contacts between Salesforce and Taalk, ensuring that your CRM data is consistently updated and aligned with your campaign requirements.

Each method offers flexibility to suit different operational needs, ensuring that your contact management is both efficient and effective.
